About this pathway

This 10 week online journey is for the couples who want to work on deepening their understanding of each other, work through any ruptures and pain, learn how to communicate and create a more loving, secure relationship.

How do I relate to myself at my most aligned and how does she/he relate to others? “The quality of your life depends on the quality of your relationships”. This stage is about challenging what we understand about human relating.

This pathway is for you if

• You and your partner want to understand yourselves and each other better

• You and your partner want to learn how to communicate effectively and lovingly

• You and your partner want to feel more connected and have greater intimacy

• You and your partner want to unpack difficult points of tension

• You and your partner want to learn how to avoid re-wounding each other

• You and your partner want help navigating a disconnection or rupture

• You and your partner want to meet each other’s needs in a healthy way

What you will get from this pathway

• A deeper understanding of your own needs and how to communicate them in a way that feels good for you both.

• A deeper understanding of your partners needs and how to show up for them.

• Learning what you and your partner need in moments of conflict and how to use conflict as a way to deepen intimacy. This includes practical skills and tools that you can use whenever something challenging arises.

• The Art of Relating: How to speak each other’s language and love each other better.

• Creating more safety for each other to have the important conversations. This includes pain points, unexpressed fears, desires and needs.

• How to cultivate intimacy.
